Poco is all set to dominate the midrange smartphone market with its much-awaited launch of the Poco X7 and X7 Pro. With recent leaks, their strong competition and promise of delivering robust performance at great value for money have been very well confirmed.
Poco X7: Balanced Performance and Durability
Boast a 6.67-inch “1.5K” AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth visuals, Poco X7 uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for the glass of the screen, to make the screen tough; MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset inside. Boasting support up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage, the phone can give smooth multitasking.
IP68 rated; it is dust and water-resistant. With a 5,110 mAh battery, and a 45W fast charge, more running time without much downtime for this smartphone. The camera aspect for photographers is equipped with a 50MP main camera with OIS (optical image stabilization) and a 20MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Poco X7 Pro: Limits Broken
The Poco X7 Pro takes performance to the next level with the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset, the first in its segment with an all-big-core CPU. It boasts a similar 6.67-inch AMOLED display but delivers a stunning 3,200 nits of brightness and a 2,560Hz touch sampling rate for unmatched responsiveness. Gorilla Glass 7i ensures added durability.
The X7 Pro does give photography a massive lift with its 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with an f/1.5 aperture, dual stabilization (OIS and EIS), and 4K video recording at 60fps. The 6,000 mAh battery charges at blazing-fast 90W and full capacity is reached within 42 minutes.
Both models will run on HyperOS 2 and hold IP68 ratings, ensuring durability. Rumors suggest the X7 Pro could be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4, sparking excitement as the launch approaches.
