Samsung Galaxy S25 is about to release its flagship. However, according to reports from Dutch media, the new phone does not seem to bring significant upgrades in battery and charging speed.
Echoing battery capacity with S24+
It is understood that the battery capacity of the Galaxy S25+ is the same as that of its predecessor, the Galaxy S24+, which is 4755mAh and the typical capacity is 4900mAh. At the same time, the battery configurations of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra are also consistent with the previous generation, 4000mAh and 5000mAh respectively. Therefore, there is no obvious improvement in battery life.
No cheers for consumers in charging speed
As for charging speed, Samsung still sticks to the same specifications as the Galaxy S24 series: the Galaxy S25 supports 25W wired fast charging technology, while the S25+ and S25 Ultra are equipped with 45W fast charging technology. For consumers who expect breakthroughs in battery life and charging experience, these changes may be disappointing. Apart from this, there are not many breakthrough upgrades in camera configuration.
